Cancellation policy

Membership (our subscription) can be cancelled at any time, with no fee and no notice period.

To cancel, skip a delivery, or change your delivery schedule: use the manage link in any Membership email, or log in to your account on topscent.co.uk, or simply email hello@topscent.co.uk and we will do it for you the same working day.

Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. Any order already paid for will still be delivered, and remains covered by The 30-Day Guarantee.
