Refund policy

The 30-Day Guarantee

Drive with it for 30 days. If you don't love it, email us and we'll give you your money back.

That's the whole policy. Email hello@topscent.co.uk with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full to your original payment method. You do not need to post anything back. Refunds are processed within 5 working days.

Your legal rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and return it for a full refund. Our 30-Day Guarantee sits on top of these rights and never replaces them.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, email us with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund straight away.

Membership orders

Cancel any time through your account or by emailing us. Refunds for Membership orders follow the same 30-day policy above.
