Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. We plan to expand internationally in the future.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): FREE on all orders

  • Express delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): 2.95

Delivery Times

  • Standard: 2-5 working days

  • Express: 1-2 working days

  • Processing time: Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched same day. Orders after 2pm are dispatched the next working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Subscription Deliveries

  • Subscription orders are dispatched on the same date each month (the date you first subscribed)

  • Same shipping options and tracking apply

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates

  2. Check with neighbours or your building's reception

  3. Email us at hello@topscent.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier

If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
